You need your dog's exact measurements. The configurator walks you through it step by step with photos and video.
What if the collar doesn't fit?+
You can return the collar within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. For made-to-measure collars we'll happily help with an exchange — just get in touch.
Can I return the collar?+
Standard sizes (in stock) can be returned within 14 days of delivery with no reason needed — we'll refund the full amount. Custom-made collars ordered through the configurator are exempt from the 14-day return right under Czech consumer law (made-to-order, § 1837 Civil Code); we'll gladly help you with an exchange — just reach out.
What's the difference between made to measure and a standard size?+
Made-to-measure is sewn precisely to your dog's measurements — you also choose the colour and fabric. Standard sizes S, M, L and XL are ready-made and ship the next working day.
Is it worth getting made-to-measure instead of a standard size?+
If your dog has an unusual neck shape, or you want a specific colour, we recommend made-to-measure. For common breeds, standard sizing is usually enough — and it ships faster.
How long should my dog wear the collar?+
Wear time depends on the procedure or healing process — follow your veterinarian's recommendation. VETlimce is comfortable enough even for long-term wear.
Do you make the collar for every breed?+
We don't make it for every breed without limitations. For short-legged breeds, VETlimce is suitable only for resting — it gets in the way of walking. Ideal for when you're at work.
