2021 – The Birth of an Idea That Changed Animal Recovery
The impulse to found VETlímce was our own sick animal suffering in a stressful plastic collar. We solved this problem with an innovative fabric collar that surpassed traditional plastic in both comfort and safety. Our enthusiasm was confirmed by a victory in a startup competition, which motivated us to bring this revolutionary product to market. Today we are the leader in providing comfortable and safe recovery for dogs and cats.
2022 – Development That Changed the Rules of the Game
The safety of our four-legged friends has always been our priority. Together with veterinarians, we spent long months developing the VETlímec to meet the most stringent standards. The result was a collar that:
- Ensures comfort and restful sleep.
- Does not restrict the animal's spatial awareness.
- Prevents skin irritation and sores.
- Does not amplify surrounding sounds.
The modern design and practicality of the material gained immediate popularity among pet owners and veterinarians alike. We also introduced a special collar for cats with an oesophageal feeding tube — another step towards better animal care.
2023 – Individual Tailored Care
Our philosophy is simple: maximum care for the customer. VETlímce are already available at partner veterinary practices in standardised sizes. When the animal's body structure and the nature of the injury requires it, we sew collars to measure — precisely according to the needs of their four-legged friends. Individual service and fast delivery are the foundation of our work.
2024 – Expansion and New Horizons
The year 2024 marked expansion throughout the entire Czech Republic and into Slovakia. We extended the network of partner veterinary practices and welcomed new members to the team. At the same time, we are working on new products that will make the lives of our animal friends even better. Follow us — we will be introducing further innovations soon!
2025 – German Market and New Sizes
The year 2025 brings expansion to the German market. At the same time, we have expanded the range of sizes to cover the vast majority of dog breeds and their crossbreeds.
